Jerry,

I don't know of any specific issues; however, that doesn't mean there couldn't
be a problem. I just checked the configuration file parser logic, and double
quotes aren't treated as special in any way (though single quotes are).

However, if you're encountering something suspicious, send me a config sample,
and I'll try it out here.
