I agree... where do you think the best location would be? The NYC cupcake camp was held in a bar... should we do the same? Outside seems as very risky considering how the weather has been...
Quoting Jen from BeantownBaker <purdue...@gmail.com>:
I agree outside is probably too risky. I would think anywhere that is large enough to hold a decent group would be fine. We won't need a working kitchen, but it might not be a bad idea if there's a fridge we can use in case anything needs to be refrigerated. I know some of the others ones provide milk and water for people to drink...
What are we thinking for dates? I know everyone is busy with summertime activities, so maybe we should shoot for sometime after Labor Day?

hey all... based on what I saw on the cupcakecamp website I think you
need a space that is big enough to have two rooms, one for
prep/judging and one for cupcake distribution.

Technique, the restaurant at Le Cordon Bleu Boston, may still be available
depending on the weekend. In addition to the main dining room, there's a
smaller private room that's worked for judged competitions. The restaurant
has a walkin and reachins that could probably be utilized as well.
