Hi

I noticed last week that the psyllid population on Richmond Road North of the tip has hit extreme levels.

With the heavy frost we have already had suggests that populations of Psyllaephagus spp. may be affected and the problem could spiral out of control.

Has anyone else observed heavy outbreaks?

Hi Mark and all.

Yes I have noticed a spike in effected trees over the last month, from Luddenham through to Bringelly, with heavy concentrations around Bringelly school heading south.
Cannot 100% say its the psyllid but considering the moluccana's are the only tree that are looking brown and defoliated I would say it pritty much resembles what Western Sydney has been experiencing over the last 6 years.
