In preparation for the rejuvenation of my Philippines Godlike campaign
via WT2e, I cobbled together this power set to represent the hyperbody
of Godlike. It's not identical to Godlike, but I really just wanted
something similar that I could describe using the WT2e power building
system. I think I arrived at the final point cost in a logical manner.
In order to do so I invented an Extra called Incremental Augment, and
used an If/Then to represent the fact that you lose the dice when you
have no willpower.

Godlike Hyperbody Dice 4/8/16

[1]A Incremental Augment (adds attacks levels = Body/3) +3, If/Then
(Only for Body >5) -2, If/Then (no extra levels after 10 dice) -1, If/
Then (No willpower no levels) -1, Use Triggers Talent Sense (this flaw
is only applicable if Talent Sense from Godlike is being used) -1

[1]A Incremental Augment (adds penetration levels = Body/2) +3, If/
Then (Only for Body >6) -2, If/Then (no extra penetration beyond 10
dice) -1, If/Then (No willpower no levels) -1, Use Triggers Talent
Sense (this flaw is only applicable if Talent Sense from Godlike is
being used) -1

[1]U [healing] (heal 2 shock on each limb after battle), Duration
(While you have will) +2, Self only -3, Engulf +1 (limbs only), Shock
Only -1, If/then (dicepool must be >5) -2

[1]U (extra wound boxes) Duration +2 (While you have willpower), If/
Then (Body must be > 5) -2, Engulf +1 (torso and limbs only), Limited
Width -1, Self Only -3, Use Triggers Talent Sense (this flaw is only
applicable if Talent Sense from Godlike is being used) -1

Special Note:
Godlike hyperbody dice add directly to the pool of regular Body dice
and allow the use of all attached extras. The downside of these dice
is that all of the dice evaporate if the character is reduced to zero
will. Until the character possesses at least 1 willpower point, they
lose all benefits of Hyperbody and they may only use regularly
purchased Body dice. Use of any of these dice will also set off the
Godlike Talent Sense if that particular power is being used. If the
Godlike Talent Sense does not exist in your campaign the power cost is
raised to 6/12/24.

Anyway, I thought I'd post it here in case anyone else finds it
useful. If anyone has any tips on mixing the Godlike and WT2e rules
(mostly with regard to character creation/point levels/etc.) I'd love
to hear them.

Maybe I'm missing it, but I don't see the use of the "Willpower Bid" flaw. That flaw was designed to require a Godlike style Willpower Bid to power a miracle and not let it work if there was no Willpower. (You also need the "No Willpower, No Way" intrinsic).

Thanks, Allan! I knew I missed something. If I swap out my flimsy if/
then with Willpower Bid (a straight swap pointwise) and take into
account the Godlike Archetype, it should be mechanically sound enough
for my purposes.
