[Cucumber:4312] Spring cleaning

Hi folks, it's that time of the year again.

There are a lot of open tickets in Cucumber's Lighthouse tracker (60
or so), and it's hard for us to know which ones to prioritize.
Several of them are either obsolete or not very important. We need
your help to decide.

We are therefore going to put *all* open tickets on hold. If you feel
a particular ticket should be reopened, just comment on it and specify
the following:

* Is this still an issue with cucumber 0.7.2?
* Are you going to provide a patch for it? (in your own forked repo).
If not, please argue why someone else should spend time fixing it for
you.

Hmmm. Maybe it's time we did this in rspec too:
