有少数网友说pdf格式打得开。所以再提供一个htm格式。解压后，拿浏览器就可以，不过打印效果就不行了。

一点建议：把最主要的概括成一篇精要的通俗的文章，目的是有更多的读者。这个一百多页的pdf对普通人来说有点长了，而且几兆的大小也不利于传播。

对未来的看法：技术突破政府封锁是势不可挡的事情，至少我们一些先用知识武装起来的人知道怎么把GFW阉割掉。我们现在所做的仍旧有意义：
1.促使这个过程更加快，造福中国百姓。
2.设立一个标杆，提醒大家要用自己的理性来争取权利！就好像钉子户的示范效应那样。要让老百姓意识到权力是可以争取的。

技术突破封锁的问题，从Human Progress的角度看，我觉得始终不够完整，直接。
人类需要直接面对自身的问题。虽然技术非常重要，也许甚至更重要。

Yes. You are absolutely right on the importance of the technology. But
as the technology is moving forward, we may finally own some kind of
Intelligence. I think that is a form of final technology. Without
morality and law implemented in such i-forms, we may facing bigger
problems. Maybe I am talking things too far away. But I think that many
scholars have attentions in the field of ethnics of artificial
intelligence already, haven't they?
