IslandWood Code Sprint - One Day Attendee Wiki Page

Hello Everyone,

It came out in our last meeting that a page should be created to list
those folks who are interested in attending the IslandWood Code
Sprint[1] for a day, if it it would be beneficial to the goals of the
sprint. Anyways, I went ahead and wrote up a quick page [2] today.
Please feel free to add your name and interest if you can attend
(tentatively for Wednesday). Also, if you are a full-week participant
of the code sprint, if you have any ideas regarding short-term help,
please feel free to add it also to the page.
