Is there a Mapnik journeyman in the house?

I might be in the market for some Mapnik installation/configuration
services (on Mac OS X) and a decent first draft of a map for a large
US city, to generate image tiles for a mobile app. I expect this
would be a couple of days max, in September. There's nothing
especially subtle about the project, but I don't have the time to dive
into Mapnik right now.
