special characters problem

so my website is in utf-8 plus I have added all the neccessary latin
characters but still they won't show? what else may cause this
problem? thanks

Hi,

Does the issue still occur if you generate the font with all glyphs
selected? If yes, your font probably just doesn't support the
characters you need.

yes, it still occurs if I select all glyphs. the thing is though I can
use these special character when using this font in photoshop etc.

Hi,

Well, it's possible that Photoshop automatically selects another font
for you. Or perhaps your Photoshop has another copy of the font that
supports more characters.

Do you have a live example? I can check if there's something wrong
with the .font.js.

the thing is, when I open font in any font explorer it appears with
special characters without any problems (no substitutions etc)

Hi,

It looks like the file has been saved as ISO-8859-1. Even though both
the meta tag and the server claim the file to be UTF-8, it really isn't:

Needless to say, save the file as UTF-8 and you should be good to go :)
