To add cards,

*go to the deck url
*click login/register
*(it should direct you back to the deck)
*click add cards and start using the add cards interface.

I don't really know about the content of the deck itself and how it
compares to your exam as I didn't create the deck. It does seem that
quite a few users are using it though.
