Monthly rent is US$485 --NOT including utilities. (Utilities-- wireless internet, gas/heat, electricity is shared with other roommates)
Location: Forest Hills, Queens, New York City
Subway station: Kew Gardens/Union Turnpike (E/F express trains)
(only 4 min. walk to subway station, with express E/F trains. Only 40 min. to get into Manhattan).
This is a quiet, very safe, scenic Jewish neighborhood.
Convenient location with grocery stores, supermarkets, Fedex Kinkos, restaurants, banks, Starbucks, yoga studio, Bally's fitness, public library in close walking distance.
The room is furnished (with bed, writing desk,book shelves, closet etc.) and you will share the clean living room, kitchen and bath room with my other (all female) romomates who are young professionals and graduate students.
The room has a nice balcony and the appartment is located near scenic gardens. Laundromat available in the same building.
