No need to respond to this Cindy's question. She would just give you weird responses and waste your time. I think she is just joking around with people here.

for instance, I posted an email on this list back in Oct looking for roommate, and she responded. she said her English is not good, so ask me to call her uncle. and gave me a number which is a Canadian phone number which will incur international phone charge. well, you know , most people on the list are Chinese, so that is weird for her to say her English is not good. I asked her to call me directly, she never did. Later from her other posts that she has apts to rent to other people, so she was not really looking for a room.  

So my conclusion here is she is joking and pranking here.
