in late March or start from April 1st

living room, bedroom and kitchen all have a window
-3 minute to Columbia University Medical Center
-5 minute to 168TH ST subway station (A, C and 1 trains)
monthly fee is $1135, includes the water, heater fee (not includes electricity & gas fee)

It is very convenient for the F1, J1, H1 with family in CUMC
or if you don't like to share with anyone else to live by yourself

Furniture also available for sale with great discount and some could be free if buy more..

this apt is gone for now but will be available again from July 1th - Sept 30th. after that lease can be renewed with the landlord
