hadn't explicitly included you, I have not had to do that yet, but I think everyone else might be using gmail accounts, might matter for authentication - if this doesn't work I'll post it up to open-pario and/or just send you the content...

The link works fine. I will rewrite the document for clarity's sake.
This nicely overlaps with other writing I do for skdb.

I'll jump in with this:

SKDB (Social Knowledge DataBase) is Bryan Bishops project, as he says: "Apt-get for real stuff"

if your familiar with Debian linuxs' package manager, this makes sense,

if not: its a software application for resolving version dependencies in assemblies and components, (fits well with your numbering schema) as well as process and resource dependencies, and automatic instruction generation ( as in: to build this widget, you need a heliarc setup, and a full metric socket set, a mill bastard half round file, and a micrometer. two chihuahua's are useful, but not necessary for the completion of the task ) or so the theory goes.
