FYI: python.org.za does not resolve

One of our sys admins informed me that python.org.za does not currently
resolve.

I can't remember who manages this domain and who originally pointed
it to our server, but our sys admin will contact Evan Summers from
Obsidian Systems, since this is the contact listed on the DNS record.

Hopefully it is just a temporary problem with a DNS server.
