under HUSKY, Medicaid, Charter Oak Programs
What: Announcement to expand statewide 'Person-centered Medical Home
Model'

Where: Room 1C, Legislative Office Building, Hartford, CT
The planned changes in health care delivery will help improve
coordination of medical benefits and outcomes for over 394,000 children
and parents enrolled in HUSKY A; 170,000 seniors and younger adults in
fee-for-service Medicaid; 15,000 children in HUSKY B; and 10,000 adults
in Charter Oak.
