Hi all!

Can anyone recommend some project management software (open source,
java, web based). Preferably something not tied to any specific
process like SCRUM, but something agile that can plot basic stuff.

thanks

Brian

I second the suggestion on redmine. Recently evaluated it, it has a lot
of (useful) plugins. There is a more stable fork of redmine, see here:
https://www.chiliproject.org/.

Pivotaltracker is my favourite; beautiful web interface and very simple.

Not project management, but a great tool to put your notes / tasks / checklists / statuses / todo's in a nice AJAX visual web 2.0 manner - www.trello.com. Great for managing all those smaller projects...

Thanks for all the feedback guys!

Right now I'm looking at ChiliProject, which is a fork of redmine. It
look promising so far.
