Dear All,
I need two clarifications
a) Whether a private limited comapny ( say ABC pvt ltd ) can have same share holder. One XYZ private limited and another by Mr C as beneficial shareholder of XYZ private limited
b ) whether for determining related party relationship, shares held in beneficial shareholding are counted if Mr C above is dirctor in fellow subsidary of ABC pvt limited ?
