PAN IN CASE OF LLP

Dear Members,

If a Company is converted into an llp whether we need to apply for new pan in fillip form...as the option is coming for the same ???

Any one have faced the same issue.???

yes you have to enter the AO code for llp in fillip form. After conversion, the fresh pan to be quoted from then on.
