Since FY 2025-26 resulted in a loss, you need to calculate the three-year average net profit. If this average falls below ₹5 crores, the company will not be eligible for mandatory CSR in FY 2026-27 as per Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013.

Please verify the exact loss amount for FY 2025-26 and calculate the three-year average to determine eligibility.

Net profit In FY 2023-24 – 12 crores

Net profit In FY 2024-25 – 7 crores

In FY 2024-25 the company has earned profit and eligible for CSR the company has spent CSR amount in FY 2025-26.

Now in FY 2025-26 the company has suffered loss does the company is eligible for CSR for FY 2026-27?
