Dear Members,

kindly help me out on this matter,

Net profit In FY 2022-23 – 10 crores

Net profit In FY 2023-24 – 12 crores

Net profit In FY 2024-25 – 7 crores

In FY 2024-25 the company has earned profit and eligible for CSR the company has spent CSR amount in FY 2025-26.

Now in FY 2025-26 the company has suffered loss does the company is eligible for CSR for FY 2026-27?

Further, the company doesn't meet the other thresholds - net worth more than ₹500 crore or turnover more than ₹1,000 crore.
