Getting Certified True Copy

Dear Members

Do i have to visit RoC for getting Certified True copy of documents of a company, after paying paying fees online.

If Yes, then what all papers should i carry?

Lastly, whether the certified copy will be send by post of will be handed over personally to me?

Hi megha

No need to carry any documents, I think they may ask you to collect in 24 hrs or tey may send courier.

In my case Roc given me in hand after 24 hrs.

NO..... YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE STAMP PAPER OF RS.100 AND HAVE TO SUBMIT THE SAME WITH ROC ALONG WITH CHALLAN PAYMENT.

 

THEN ONLY THEY CAN PROVIDE YOU BY HAND CTC.

Dear Member,
You need to visit ROC and ask the concerned person to issue Certified Copies. It will hardly take half an hour for issuance of the Certified Copies depending upon its avalibility in physical form or electronic form at ROC.
