Kindly check whether there is online POSH return filing facility for your region.

I feel that for New Delhi / Noida, there is separate online portal.

For other region, check our email id of District Officer/ Commissioner of Local area.

I think, In case of company , When we report it in the Board report then it is not  required to report it anywhere else. Others views solicited.

Filing of the POSH Annual Return is an independent and mandatory compliance under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder, and cannot be substituted or waived by disclosure in the Board’s Report.

Accordingly, both compliances are distinct and must be complied with separately.
