Filing of the POSH Annual Return is an independent and mandatory compliance under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder, and cannot be substituted or waived by disclosure in the Board’s Report.
Accordingly, both compliances are distinct and must be complied with separately.
