Dear Team,

Compounding hearing got over with RD, now the RD has levied compounding fee of Rs. 50,000 for company and Rs. 10,000/- for each directors. What are the ways to pay from Company's account and from individual account? Is there any Form available for the same?

through "Pay Miscellaneous Fee" option on MCA website.
