Dear All

A company had received order for CIRP on 7th October 2022

Annual general meeting for the year 2022 was convened on 30th September 2022

As per circular of March 2020 it is mentioned that any ROC to be done then form GNL2 is to be filed and form aoc 4 mgt7 by way of attachment

In form aoc4 mgt7 fy 21-2022 which will be attachment of gnl2 digital signature certificate of IRP will be attached in form aoc4 mgt7 instead of directors ?

power of Board stands suspended. Henceforth all compliance to be taken care of by IRP/RP only. All MCA filing to be done in GNL-2.
