Dear Members,

I have a case here anyone please clarify at the earliest

One of our clients has obtained DIN in January giving Indian Proofs.Now they are saying that they are Australian Citizen.(But has indian PAN and address)

I HAVE TWO QUESTIONS:

1. is it necessary to change their nationality?

2. If we change their nationality can a company be incorporated with both of them as subscribers? if yes what are the documents that are required to be attached as proofs.
