Document required

1. Board resolution for calling EGM , In principal approval for conversion and authorization

2.then notice of EGM

3. certified true copy of special resolution for alteration of articles U/s 14

4. mgt 14

5. order from competent authority i.e. Central government

6. inc 27

As per the circular no.18 dated 11th June 2014 The power delegated to the RoC.

Apart from the above documents, some other documents also need to attach such as NOC from creditors/members, affidavit from the directors and other attachments if any asked by the RoC.
