Disclosure of Interest by Director

Dear All,

Pls confirm, if the committee has been dissolved & as such the Directors ceased to be on such committee, whether Disclosure is required to be made by such Directors under Sec. 184 of CA, 2013.

if the disclosure already made by director in mbp 1 contains the details of committee membership and thereafter any change has to be disclosed. but i don't think the committee memberships are required to be disclosed in such form.

however if there is a personnel interest which conflicts with duty as a member of committee/director then needs to disclose.

however in case of listed companies as per LODR requlation 27, it is now mandatory to disclose the committee membership in other listed companies for the audit committee and stake holder relationship committee and change if any.
