ERROR IN INC 29

Dear All,
I am trying to upload INC 29. In Company name word India is used. While doing pre scrutiny Error is coming as WORD INDIA NOT ALLOWED IN THE NAME.
Kindly let me know any body faced same problem and how can we resolve it.
