can a director transfer his personnel car in the name of company.

Dear All,

The Company has issued 3,150 debentures at different face value as follows till 18.03.2015:

1,950 debentures having face value of Rs.10 Lac each

1,200 debentures having face value of Rs.5 Lac each (on 18.03.2015).

In field 8- of e-form PAS-3 , "Debt structure of the Company after taking into consideration the above allotment (s) of debentures/other security", there are no fields to provide details of debentures issued at different face value.

Kindly suggest how this information should be provided in the E-Form PAS-3.

i also raised this query at MCA but they dont have a suitable reply for it.

Hii, u can attach a note as an optional attachment  for the sake of providing this information certified by the director of the Company
