We want to increases in paid up capital in Feb. 2012  could it possible?

if yes, which route (right issue/ bonus/ private placement or any other) will be best under old act ? Pvt. Ltd Company is Incorporated in Aug 2005 and Authorised Cap. 2 lac

and which forms are required to file now?

if you would increase paid up capital w.e.f 2012, then what about the financials u have filed with ROC till date. In financials old paid up capital will be shown.
