CALCULATION OF FEES FOR INCREASING OF AUTHORIZED CAPITAL

Dear  Members

   authorized capital of our company is Rs. 50,00,000  we want to increase up to Rs.1,50,00,000 ,, how calculate fees. and what will be.

Fees for proposed capital Rs. 243500/- Less fees for current capital Rs. 82000/- = Required fees Rs. 161500/-

Fees for Increase in authorized capital from 50,00,000 to 1,50,00,000 is Rs 2,43,500 Less fess already paid for 50 lakhs Rs 15,600 Plus 15000 as stamp duty (0.15%)

Total will be Rs 1,02,500

Rohit ji, which formula u have opted and how u calculated such a small amount.. have u calculated ever fees for increasing capital........

so firstly calculate again then reply....

Form SH-7 help is suffice to calculate the fees..

Rohit ji, fees for which u r speaking that fees is for undoubtedly ur company is public company without asking from u i can said that ur company is public company, so that's y ur fees is Rs. 135000/- otherwise it would be Rs. 80000/- in ur case,

and if the company is public company of Mr. Alkesh Ji for which he is asking then the fees shall be as - 

Fees for proposed capital Rs. 243500/- Less fees for current capital Rs. 156000/- = Required fees Rs. 87500/-

but it would not be Rs. 102500/- in any case....

243500-156000 = 87500 + 15000 (Stamp duty in delhi 0.15%)

At present that fee portal is not working.

Members can you calculate the Roc fees for  Increase in Authorised capital from Rs.10lakhs to Rs.15 lakhs.

Company is Public Ltd

Stamp duty : Form rightly shows Rs.1000/-

Rohit ji, that's y i told u or company is not a small com...and if com is public or other than small company then it will be Rs. 87500/-

Fees for proposed capital Rs. 51000/- Less fees for current capital Rs. 36000/- = Required fees Rs. 15000/- except stamp duty...

However , today when i filed Form SH 7, 

following is the Roc fees generated

1. Roc Fees : Rs.46000/-

2. Stamp duty- Rs.3000/-

I have raised the ticket, lets see when they will resolve.
