Dear Friends,
Today I have downloaded e-form MGT 14 and have done all filling and check form. The field relating to professional certification is not allowed to fill. The said form got updated on 25th June 2014.
Can we upload the said form without certification? Will it be considered as proper compliance?

If it comes under the definition of small company then the professional certification is not required
