Clarification on Filing ADT-1 for first year appointment

Hi,

Please guide me there are two companies one is incorporated on 10th Feb 2026 and another company on 30th March 2026.

While appointing the auditor please guide me what is the period i should mention is from incorporation date to next year end 31st March 2027.  As we can file the Annual returns for 15 months can we file ADT 1 in the same manner.
