I have heard nothing about it. I don't think there is a great deal of
interest in it.

It would be useful for users on Windows Phone as it would give them the same API available on every other mobile platform.
Meanwhile, you can use sqlite-net from Frank which can use C#-Sqlite as its backend on Windows phone:

Just to chime in: this would be incredibly useful for me. Currently I
have one DAL on Windows/OSX/iOS/Android and a separate one based on CS-
Sqlite running on WP7. Being able to use one body of code across all
the platforms would be a dream.
We're so very close to having a unified database API across all
platforms within the C#/Mono world, its frustrating that we seem to be
stalled at the last step. I looked into binding S.D.Sqlite to CS-
Sqlite myself but I was unfortunately out of my depth really quickly.

Actually, it is a bit more complicated because I need some custom features in SQLite, but I think this is the perfect lead.
