Hi,

My Mac OS X-friendly version can be found
at http://code.google.com/r/stewartadcock-csharp-sqlite-updates/ if anyone
wishes to take a look.  All the good bits will be transferred over to the
parent csharp-sqlite once it is better tested and is a bit cleaner.

When I tried it, this version also worked (at least the features I cared
about did) on Linux with Mono... but I won't make any promises about the
current source in this repository.
