ClientTests fail with Lock errors in Mono

I am trying to use this library as a cross platform managed SQLite
solution. I have checked out the latest and tried to run
SQLiteClientTests
in MonoDevelop in Linux. I see many errors like the following:
"LockFile: error looking up file handle..."
"Attempting to unref unused handle..."

It doesn't seem to have those issues when it's in Silverlight Mode.
Just a FYI. Silverlight mode is one of the potential compilier
conditionals in the project.
