State Microelectronics (SSMEC), a fabless semiconductor company located in
Shenzhen, provide our customers with high quality products and services. Now
we are looking for some graduates with computer architecture background. The
successful candidate will work with a small, elite group of engineers,
taking design from requirements to architecture/microarchitecture to logic
design to physical implementation to bring-up and production with an
aggressive schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

- Advanced knowledge of computer architecture/microarchitecture

- Good understanding of the chip design/implementation flow

- Programming skills in Assembly/C/C++ and scripting languages

- Self-motivated, friendly personalities, high service orientation

Other desirable qualities

- Experience in hardware/compiler/os/application interactions

- Experience in processor/system performance modeling, benchmarking and
analysis

- Experience in RTL logic design, synthesis, and verification

- Experience in software development (simulator/toolchain/OS hack)

- Experience in silicon debugging & bring-up & validation at bring-up lab

Specially, we are looking for a multiprocessor designer with advanced
knowledge of memory system, cache coherence schemes, frontside bus
architecture, and multiprocessor chipset. His/her responsibilities will
include but not be limited to:

- Design sub-system for multiprocessor support

- Work with verification team to define unit/chip/system level MP
verification strategies, specify test plan, and setup verification
environments

- MP system bring-up, and post-silicon validation
