Subject: Displaying matched peaks

Hi group,
I just wanted to know whether Crux has an option to display the peaks that
were matched for each PSM. For example, can I obtain a list of the m/z
ratios and intensities of a spectrum that matched its' top scoring peptide?
Thanks,
Viktor

Hi Viktor,

Crux does not currently have an option to report which spectrum peaks were
matched to the peptide for a PSM.  We will add this to the queue of new
features to implement and let you know when it is completed.  Thanks for
the suggestion.

Cheers,
Barbara
