The "list of all of the entities in a certain namespace" is down

Hi folks,

URLs like this: api.crunchbase.com/v/1/companies.js have been
down for a couple of days. Just wanted to give a heads up in case it
wasn't known.

The index api issue has been fixed.

companies.js
people.js
financial-organizations.js

should now work.
