Thanks Rob. That one I had found, but was hoping for something more
akin to a reference document. I'll carry on with my current approach:
downloading entities until I find a populated instance of each of the
fields. Most of those have names which are self explanatory, but some
(like the two integers for available_sizes) are more mysterious.
