JSON docs

Hi,

Is there a document listing all of the possible JSON elements and
their meaning, for the various types of API calls?

start downloading records until all possible fields are found?

Thanks Rob. That one I had found, but was hoping for something more
akin to a reference document. I'll carry on with my current approach:
downloading entities until I find a populated instance of each of the
fields. Most of those have names which are self explanatory, but some
(like the two integers for available_sizes) are more mysterious.
