I don't see a documented way to query by tag, though the web interface
probably uses this method when you consider that it supports URLs like
http://www.crunchbase/tag/big-data.
Using a generalized query would seem to match on anything in the
description field and eslewhere. Can you restrict the scope to just
the tags?
