Recovery.gov now has a single file that contains all prime and sub-recipient
report data. It's an Excel file, so commas in the data won't put the wrong
data in the wrong columns in your CSV app (i.e. Excel).... more »

I've done some preliminary cleanup of the recipient report files. These
files contain all states and eliminate the stray quotation marks and line
breaks that threw off the spreadsheet formatting.... more »

Hey friends,
Today is the day Recovery.gov releases all the new raw spending data.
It's only federal contracts (grants to states and loans will come on
Oct. 30), but it will let us get started building Stimulus Watch 2.0.

Long time no talk. It looks like the day we've been waiting for is
finally here. Recovery.gov launched its new ($18 million) redesign on
Monday. They are also promising raw structured data for stimulus
