comment insert error

Using base theme. No change at all.
When inserting new comment
Fatal error: Call to a member function addScript() on a non-object in
cake/libs/view/helpers/html.php on line 443
Comment seems inserted after this error.

Any clue on this? safemode, open base dir etc.
