Hi all,

Quick question to the croogo devs. We are currently gearing up to
build an erp-esque system the first version needs to have support for
a variety of different modules however we are looking at using croogo
as a CMS system both for the backend and frontend. Is it possible to
port croogo as a plugin to cakephp and then basically we want to drive
an ecommerce frontend module using croogo as the cms. How feasible
does this sound and could you guys throw us any pointers?

I think what you could do at this point is to make the ERP stuff as a plugin. Setup routes in the plugin to override the default '/' mapping.

For the backend, the admin menu in 1.4 has been adjusted so to allow a more fine grained control over visibility based on Roles.   For auth/acl, we have a branch that would allow customizing auth/acl handling, hopefully it will get merged soon.
