Nothing like "looking a gift horse in the mouth" *grin*

Hi Martin --

Are you sure?  I downloaded both the source and executable using the links supplied, and there is no difference between the old and new executable (using *nix "cmp") and *nix "diff" only shows a typo correction in a comment in the source file:  "use" replaces "usa".  Oh, and the length of both new files matches *exactly* the old versions.  What am I doing wrong?

Not complaining.  This is a very useful application.  Thanks again.  Just want to make sure that you are aware.

Roger

I've uploaded a new version of my CDOS XMODEM program, correcting a minor bug, where certain file names were being rejected as bad. (I discovered this bug while trying to upload '@.COM'. I had not considered characters like '@' as being valid file name characters :-) )

Here's the executable:

and here is the source:

I replied to my own message about my messed-up file load. See my post there  for the correct links for the new code.

I've uploaded a new version of my CDOS XMODEM program - version 1.04. This version prints the number of blocks sent/received in decimal instead of hex. It also has some slight speed improvements.

Get it here:
