  I&#39;m trying to find the best way to start a credit file (for a family &lt;br&gt; member) If i apply for cards too many times the inquiries will hurt me. &lt;br&gt; But if i get a secured card that will be reflected on my credit as &lt;br&gt; secured (not good).
