Organizational architect, eh? We would probably use folks like
that in our development team for CREATIVITY.COM. I am currently its
steward with a goal to make the domain useful to all who visit it, as
well as lucrative. I envision authentication, validation, digital
distribution, royalty compensation, colloraboration tracking, etc..
I envision C.com serving to be a compendium of creativity with a
focus on healing, interpersonal communication and spiritual
redevelopment of spaceship Earth.
I have been given more than I can handle and being a dreamer,
just can't stop creating. However where most people stop (at the
idea) I take action... a one man band able to mimic the top 10 roles
in a company with the help of my skills, tool set, vision, passion
and Apple Computers! Now if only I could find like minded venue
operators and visionary business folk to help architect the
Creativity Cafe Consortium and Founders Team, poised for action in LA.
It seem's like you might be a good person to ask? BTW, I almost
grew up in Arlington... visiting my cousins. I crawld every mile of
sewer pipe when they were laying it.

help you? What stands in the way of what you want to do?
Hi Deborah, I would say finding a seasoned business visionary of
spiritual bent, who has a firm grip on the technology and
implications of social networking, who has access to the several
millions of start up dollars needed to put a prototype venue in place
(all the market research has been done and systems/programs proven in
prototype installations. Someone dedicated to serving a creative
constituency (in Los Angeles initially with global reach) for fine
tuning our business package (for franchising) and setting up to
business side of our mentoring, edutainment, and public/member
services. I have amassed several great teams in the past but without
funds, the folks left the fold. Therefore we (I) need a person
seasoned in "old" business with a mindset for innovation and
innovative business practices (I want all who associate with CCs to
derive social as well as economic benefits, someone with a passion
and dedication to being of service. Someone aware of general systems
design, mass media on the cutting edge of education and
entertainment. Ideally the person would be (know a good entertainment-
business lawyer who can help protect intellectual property, create co-
branding agreements with existing companies; a negotiator for
establishing relations with other entities to protect our brands-
extend our reach, position our projects and help secure other needed
resources. A good PR and Marketing Communication person is also being
sought for the founders team. I hope that answers your question? I
have many documents explaining energy flows, target markets, (and old
spreadsheet with 10 of the 25 envisioned profit streams), etc. We are
talking about broadcasting from the venue(s) on the Web, via mobile
devices and terrestrial television as part of each community venue's
game plan, so a background in mass communication would be very
helpful as well as licensing and franchise law knowledge and
organization. Wheew! :-)
