FYI. Check out the new About Page at the cc website. http://creativecommons.org/about I thought it anticipated the flow of logical questions from most users.

Hi all,

We revised the about page so it reads more easily to the average user:
http://creativecommons.org/about. You'll note that our mission and
vision are still there, just below the friendly leading text, should
someone want the practical points without getting philosophical.

Much of this text was adapted from our half-pager, so nothing you
haven't seen before:
