This is a mountain day. Toutle (Elk) Silver Star Hardy Ridge in the
Gorge, Hoover, etc. Problem is, the snow. Semi-harebrained idea; NW
from Petersons. Anyway, I'm actually thinking of driving up to the
Toutle later but could be talked into Silver Star by an avid hiker.
Expect lotsa snow. If I go there I'll probably take a small pair of

waiting on MM5. Is
the sun going to shine bright? Sollie? Dave mentioned the Gorge noaa says wind,
maybe Bald Butte?

I’m hoping to leave work around noon and fly somewhere. MM5 has ‘downgraded’ its outlook for the Gorge today but I still think it looks pretty good, though BB would be fun.
